JOB SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for providing vision and leadership across the CM/CI division for PA East Construction Services, including managing operations, business development, and administration. The CSM will work closely with the President and Director of Construction Services to develop the company's strategic plan for the Division while ensuring its execution. The CSM will ensure proper tracking of bid opportunities, proposal preparation, and coordination of work for clients and coordination of subconsultants, teaming arrangement and reciprocity agreements. The position will also be responsible for maintaining contract compliance, logistical coordination, project cost accounting, and overseeing quality control.

As a member of the company's Campus Development team, the Vice President of Construction is responsible for managing all facets of the complete construction life cycle for CoreSite’s data center footprint. This includes new development and in-fill projects in existing and new domestic markets.

Duties:

• Lead a team of in-house and contracted professionals responsible to permit, budget, contract, construct, and commission $500M+ in annual data center development projects.
