We are seeking a strategic-minded Training Program Development Manager  to lead technical training initiatives. The Training Program Development Manager is responsible for establishing training capabilities, content, processes, and providing management for the rapid delivery of new and updated training classes and material that properly meet target our technical needs and consistently represents the mission and vision of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training delivery methods.
