Title Insurance-NY Commercial Reader

A well established national Title Insurance firm is looking for an experienced (min 2yrs) Commercial Title Reader w/ NY & NYC experience as well as experienced Residential Readers. National Experience a major plus. Positions available in NYC and near Rosedale, Long Island

1. Read/Examine title search to set forth objections and exceptions. Verify vesting and encumbrances to title. 2. Review abstract of title, tax and survey information and other applicable documents in their entirety for accuracy and completeness to ensure final product meets defined company/industry standards. 3. Work with local attorneys to assist in title related questions.
