Title Insurance Examiner-Chicago/Burbs

Well established, well run Title Insurance Company in the Chicago area has a new opportunity for an experienced Title Examiner. Examiners that have blended residential and commercial experience are encouraged to apply. This role will be run hybrid by way of one of our client's Chicagoland branch offices.

As a Title Examiner you will be performing real estate title searches and examining title history for properties. The position requires a clear understanding of complex metes and bounds legal descriptions and complex title issues. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing internal customers and teammates with timely answers to transaction specific title questions.

Job Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years experience performing real estate searches and examining title history.
