Title Insurance: Closing Desk Coordinator-Bellerose/NY/On-site

A well established, well connected Title Insurance Agency based in the Garden City area is currently recruiting for an experienced Closing Desk Coordinator. Knowledge of Title Bills and Title Policies required. If you have at least 2 years experience within the Title Industry in one or more of these roles, we'd like to hear from you. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare both Owner and Loan Policies.
• Prepare title invoices
• Order Tax and Title Continuations
• Schedule Title Closers
• Manage closing calendar
• Processing post closing packages and scanning into system
• NY ACRIS system as needed
• Miscellaneous items as needed to successfully run closing desk

• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Good organizational and multi- tasking skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficiency with personal computers
