The Title Examiner is responsible for accurate examination and preparation of title commitments and title policies.

This is a hybrid position that requires on-site working 2x/week (Tuesday/Wednesday) and can be based out of our Chicago or Schaumburg...

1. Read/Examine title search to set forth objections and exceptions. Verify vesting and encumbrances to title. 2. Review abstract of title, tax and survey information and other applicable documents in their entirety for accuracy and completeness to ensure final product meets defined company/industry standards. 3. Work with local attorneys to assist in title related questions.
