Ticket Services Associate (Seasonal, Part time)

Ticket Services Associate: Join the San Diego Symphony and work with the public to facilitate ticket sales for concerts and events. Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone, window and email inquiries from the public regarding ticketing and general information. Serve as the first point of contact for patrons needing assistance with seating options, pricing, subscriptions and more.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for patrons and clients of the San Diego Symphony
• Provide excellent service for all phone, email and in-person interactions regarding San Diego Symphony information assistance and ticket sales
• Take calls from patrons looking for assistance with single ticket purchases, subscription purchases, ticket exchanges, ticket donations and general questions
• Ensure seamless communication between Box Office and the Advancement (development) department
