Thumbnail Designer - YouTube and Podcasts (Contract | Part-Time)

About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Thumbnail Designer who is familiar with the YouTube space to create visually compelling designs with a high CTR for our 5 YouTube channels (BiggerPockets Real Estate—with 1.2M subscribers, BiggerPockets Money, Real Estate Rookie, On the Market, and PassivePockets). As a thumbnail designer you will be responsible for developing winning visual concepts, compositing and designing those concepts, collaborating in production meetings, and using analytics to refine the designs for both podcast episode art and YouTube directly. A strong understanding of YouTube best practices, ability to have extremely fast turnaround times, photo manipulation, and A/B testing will help you to succeed in this position.
