Tenant Delinquency and Evictions Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our property management team as a Tenant Delinquency and Evictions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tenant delinquencies, implementing collection procedures, and, managing the eviction process for our managed properties. This position will require occasional visits to occupied properties for delinquency and wellness checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management regulations, exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to resolving tenant issues, and comfortability working in the field. 

This position offers a salary of $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
