Telehealth Facilitator

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a part-time Telehealth Facilitator. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment and display technical skill with tablet and telehealth equipment.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel to facilities in Flagstaff, Sedona, and Cottonwood on scheduled days.

Job Type: Part-time, 2-3 days per week - Exact number of hours dependent upon range willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between the healthcare provider and the patient during Telehealth visits.
• Ensure telehealth equipment is working properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support, as needed.
