TEIC Associate

Pay Rate: $24+ per hour

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Keywords is looking for a coordinator to work in deviation management at our Pharmaceutical client's Temperature Excursion Investigation Center (TEIC).

Their responsibilities will include:

• Manage the temperature excursions with exceptional customer focus to final material disposition.
• Customers include CRAs and Investigator sites globally.  E-mail is your primary mode of communication.  Respond to all Temperature Excursion submissions and communications swiftly, clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the Development Stability Group, Clinical Supply Coordinators, Global Distribution and others to provide Fit for Use disposition, resolve issues and ensure adequate supply is available at sites to avoid patient impact.
