Technology and Data Transactions Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Technology and Data Transactions Attorney to join a prominent law firm’s Data Strategy, Security & Privacy team. This associate will work primarily on complex technology and data transactions, such as software licensing, cloud computing, and master service agreements across industries like healthcare, retail, fintech, and real estate. The role also includes advising on technology-related aspects of M&A, financings, and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate diverse tech-related contracts, including software development, licensing, cloud services, joint development, and reseller agreements.
