Technician Electronics / Dye Penetrant NDI Tester

The qualified candidate will be required to perform the following:

• Perform dye penetrant testing on weapons systems using specialized equipment.
• Independently provide technical guidance and technical assistance on assigned weapons systems. Investigate, analyze and resolve problems pertaining to the repair of the weapon systems assigned.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance, alignment, and calibration for automated test systems. 
• Utilize knowledge of electronic concepts, principles, practices, and techniques in the operation, troubleshooting, alignment, repair and maintenance of test systems necessary to support a full range of projects concerned with producing, overhauling, or testing of air launched weapons systems.
• Perform modifications of test systems, subsystems, support equipment and software.
• Help department with other duties as needed, such as clerical, administrative etc.
