Technical Training Instructor

• Deliver classroom technical training courses onsite at various Transit Agencies, adhering to all workplace rules, guidelines, and safety procedures of both the end customer and NFI Group, including the NFI Respectful Workplace Policy.
• Assist in developing training materials that meet the needs of end customers and solicit input for new programs.
• Assist in scheduling training with customers.
• Assist in the development of training videos and e-learning courses.
• Assist Internal Regional Product Support Managers (RPSMs) and customers with troubleshooting.
• Deliver technical training to internal staff on request.
• Handle special assignments as required.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Teaching or Adult Instruction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle drive train, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.

• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and participant performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to continuously improve training programs.
