Responsible for sourcing, screening, negotiating with and attracting qualified potential employees and consultants primarily to work for Clients of MWResource. Work closely with the Resource Manager to understand client needs, screen candidates, and manage the recruiting process from start to finish.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support MWR clients in building their FTE teams and achieving their business objectives.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to develop strong candidate pool for direct hire positions.
• Attract and build relationships with qualified candidates for MWR client positions.
• Write, post, and maintain job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially LinkedIn, Workable, and the Company website.
• Source candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, Workable, and other job boards.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
