Sunlighten is looking for a few Technical Customer Care Representatives that are eager to join a successful and growing Customer Care team. In this role, you will take/respond to phone calls from Sunlighten customers regarding any questions about their sauna, diagnose any issues, and find a solution. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and online chat concerning orders and product returns. You will also walk customers through the installation and assembly of their sauna and sauna product components. After becoming an expert on Sunlighten saunas, you will use your in-depth knowledge to provide effective customer service for all customers!
**Our Next Training Class will Begin on October 14th, 2024**
We are seeking candidates to work either a Monday-Friday schedule or a Tuesday-Saturday schedule!
