Technical Accounting Manager- CPA

Job Summary:

Looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and organized to fill the role of Technical Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting and SEC reporting, excellent communications skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in and lead the evaluation of the accounting treatment for significant transactions. Research applicable GAAP disclosure requirements for proposed transactions.
• Review contracts to identify technical accounting matters and prepare analysis and memorandums.
• Perform and manage the monthly consolidation process.
• Prepare financial information and disclosures for financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
