Position Summary:

The Customer Success Team Lead will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for re-engaging small business owners who have previously taken financing through our platform. The goal is to generate revenue by offering renewed financing solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our clients. The Team Lead will coach and mentor their team to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships with our clients.
