Swank is seeking a strategic Talent Development Manager to play a critical role in developing the company’s talent management framework. By leveraging industry best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, you will play a vital role in nurturing employee skills, enhancing performance, and creating a workforce that thrives in an evolving business landscape. Working with leaders throughout the organization, you will design and implement a talent management strategy, programs, and processes in support of the business strategy.
