Systems Administrator II (Contingent)

First Division Consulting is hiring a Systems Administrator II to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Provide technical assistance to end-users.
• Resolve hardware and software issues.
• Document incidents for tracking.

Requirements

• Associate’s in a computer-related field or equivalent technical degree.
• An Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Certification Requirement: IAT 2
• 3 years of experience supporting users in systems and software engineering, IT service desk workflows, and ticket management.
