Napster is seeking a creative and passionate finance professional to oversee core financial operations, contribute to fundraising efforts, and to oversee major cost centers including HR. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple workstreams concurrently, and have experience overseeing high functioning Finance & Accounting teams, as well as human resources team members.

Requirements

• Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposes
• Oversee all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation
