Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. - Welder/Fitter - Level 1

Welder/Fitter 1 is an entry level position who assists senior Welders/Fitters in the assembly and fabrication of custom projects. Starting skills will include basic shop roles such as part preparation and work area cleanliness while learning tooling and fabrication techniques. As skill levels progress, more independent action and ability would be expected to progress to Welder/Fitter Level 2. Specialization within Welder/Fitter skill set is allowed but employees will be expected to perform any task appropriate to their level of training and skills.

Advanced skill may include reading and understanding fabrication documents, sourcing the required materials, measuring & cutting materials, joining materials using welding techniques, assembling machined parts with limited direction.

All duties include selecting procedures and methods best suited for the job to ensure the work is performed in a safe manner.
