The Supply Chain Coordinator will perform a variety of communication tasks and maintain supplier relations with the company’s diamond partners. In this role, they will be responsible for facilitating office operations and be the point of contact to settle discrepancies internally and externally. Daily tasks may include processing, data entry, and filing. The ideal candidate should be able to wear many hats to accommodate various deliverables at once.

This position will be responsible for administering the return goods process, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting returned items, and coordinating with warehouses and customers for resolution. Monitoring and analyzing return goods data, this position will be responsible for identifying trends and implementing strategies to minimize returns and improve customer satisfaction.
