Supervisor (Referral Management) - Eglin AFB, FL

Ivyhill is seeking a Supervisor for a Medical Appointing project in the Eglin AFB, FL area. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing oversight to the referral management staff and team leads at multiple locations who are responsible for assisting eligible medical beneficiaries with appointments, referrals, and registration and organizational tasks in support of a medical facility. Will provide other supervisory duties/responsibilities relevant to the operation of the project.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
• General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones.
