The Supervisor, Customer Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contact center, vendor success, member experience and cross functional workflow effectiveness.
This Supervisor level role is responsible for delivering performance success with the Contact Center Outsource partner. Leading and driving the outsource partner to success with GOVX goals for customer satisfaction, member growth, and sales order growth.
Work Location: In office at La Vergne, Tennessee location.
