Superintendent - Semiconductor Construction

JOB TITLE: Superintendent – Semiconductor Construction  

SUMMARY:  

The Superintendent will be responsible for system design, configuration, and implementation of installed systems for the semiconductor industry. The Superintendent must have facilities management expertise in all the following project phases: implementation (construction), testing and on-site, and startup of any number of systems such as Exhaust Systems, Chillers, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC etc.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Implementation support of the construction of facilities systems. 

• Daily interface with construction personnel and facilities engineers and other technicians to coordinate project work. 

• Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT process meets expectations.
