Our client is seeking a highly motivated Subcontracts Agent to join our team in Tysons, VA. This role will focus on managing and administering subcontracts for construction and/or manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts efficiently to support project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer subcontracts from initial negotiation to final closeout, ensuring compliance with company and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to manage contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
