Student Outreach Coordinator

The Student Outreach Coordinator reports to the Rehab Therapy Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to attract, engage, and recruit rehab students into healthcare roles. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating events, and creating programs that connect students with healthcare career opportunities. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with staffing needs and organizational goals. This role is important in bridging the gap between educational institutions and healthcare staffing, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled professionals to meet the growing demands of the industry.
