Staff Accountant and FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Staff Accountant to fulfill a dual role for our company that combines Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis. We are seeking an individual with an Accounting degree or CPA with strong analytical capabilities, proven operating capacity in a complex environment and a desire to eventually land in a senior leadership role at a larger company.

The core responsibilities of the role will be accounting-related, with a focus on more complex tasks that require a pre-existing knowledge of GAAP accounting, accounting and financial reporting technology and an ability to roll up your sleeves and adapt quickly. This component of this position is not learn-on-the-job: you must display a strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience managing complex accounting to be considered for the role. You will work above the Company’s floating bookkeeping staff and below the Controller.
