The Senior Sales Associate position is focused on driving the sales of high-performance and quality masterbatch products to the polymer processing market. This role is pivotal in establishing, maintaining, and growing distribution sales by fostering strong relationships with customers and expanding account penetration. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, engaging with current and prospective clients through regular interactions, and providing impactful presentations on product features and technologies. Active participation in field trials and demonstration projects will showcase product performance and applications. A strong technical foundation is essential to effectively address customer challenges related to raw materials, formulations, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery.
