Sr Project Manager Construction

Stream Data Centers is looking for a highly organized and results-driven leader, manager, advocate, and collaborator to build, manage, and lead project delivery as required on Steam Data Centers (SDC) deployments. The primary function of this role will be to administer Data Center projects in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational guidelines.

The Sr. Project Manager, Construction is expected to collaborate with the design, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and compliant delivery of projects as assigned within one or more sites. This role is responsible for the successful outcome of each project, shall oversee and lead the project team in project execution and assist, and lead other duties as required and/or assigned.

At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects such as transportation facilities (stations, airports, transit hubs), corporate office buildings, and operations command centres.
