Sr Growth Product Manager

We're looking for someone who can lead a growth team, focused on improving retention for our product. This means working closely with the marketing team, data analyst, and engineers to quickly identify, build, and test hypothesis around what helps customers stay longer and grow more within Hubstaff.

You will:

• Take ownership of the retention metrics within our product, and help identify which actions lead to the best long term results for our customers. Lead the Growth team to focus on the leading indicators for retention, and enhance overall user satisfaction with our product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales & Marketing) to define and track key performance metrics related to activation, engagement, expansion, and retention.
