Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the Sr Director of Product Management, Growth will be accountable for increasing the eligible body of employees with access to Tapcheck’s financial wellness services and driving conversion revenue through enhanced product and marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering revenue-driving initiatives across both B2B and B2C domains and possess a data-driven, experiment-focused mentality. They should be adept at identifying the most significant growth levers and articulating opportunities with great clarity.

You will be responsible for the Consumer App, Marketing Technology, Experimentation Platform, and ML/AI platforms, utilizing these tools to run hundreds of experiments across acquisition, engagement and retention metrics annually.
