Sr. Center Director - Elementary School (Fair Oaks)

The Henrico Education Foundation (HEF) plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing high-quality programming for the students attending Henrico County Public Schools. We contribute towards the educational success and well-being of our community’s youth.

The Senior Center Director will manage the Community Learning Center (CLC) Afterschool Program at Fair Oaks Elementary School by ensuring a positive, safe, enriching environment, in accordance with the Henrico Education Foundation’s mission, policies, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of the CLC afterschool Program, and summer program, if determined, to include enforcing policies and procedures, Program planning, promoting the Program, implementing the Program, hiring and training staff, assessing risk, and conducting ongoing program evaluation.
