Sr. Business Solutions Consultant

The Sr. Business Solutions Consultant engages and aligns our customers with iBase-t Solumina software and industry best practices.  Conducts workshops to demonstrate Solumina software functionality and facilitates business process mapping to standard User Stories. Works with the customer Product Owner to create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for new functionality and develops and executes functional testing of the software. Uses troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and opportunities. Documents customer enhancement requests, system bugs, and internal service tickets. Mentor new employees as requested.
