Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

• Location: Overland Park, Kansas - Employees on this team will remain on-site for training then have the opportunity to go remote.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm / No Evenings or Weekends
• Pay Range: $23-$25

The Specialty Pharmacy Liaison is responsible for the communication and follow-up of any prescription triaged to assigned Specialty Pharmacies. Liaison will provide education to the pharmacy regarding applying program specific assistance, navigate complex reimbursement issues, reverify insurance benefits and contact insurers. Liaison will advise the healthcare provider and/or patient of any follow-up needs. (i.e. prior authorizations). Liaison will help to identify patient access barriers and seek resources to overcome barriers. The liaison will lead and participate in pilots, new initiatives, special projects, and cross functional team
