The Manufacturing Associate of SMT Inspection is responsible for inspecting the surface mount solderability using IPC standards to assure the quality of product is produced and to stop defects from moving through the factory.

What you’ll do:

Inspect boards produced from SMT process as they are processed on the line using microscopes

Perform WIP transactions in SMARTer system to ensure traceability of boards at all times

Log any defects in the SMARTer system as they are found

Communicate quality issues to the SMT team, Manager and Engineer as needed

Stop work flow as needed to stop the repeated...
