Slot Attendant- Part Time

About the Role

The Slot Attendant is responsible for handling routine slot machine-related customer complaints and identifying situations that may require supervisor intervention.

Position Responsibilities

• Services minor machine malfunctions, preventative/routine maintenance, accurate preparation and completion of jackpot transactions, and communicating pertinent information to various support Departments
• Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information
• Must follow all company/property Department policies and procedures as well as comply with existing CCC and DGE rules and regulations
