Site Superintendent -NAVFAC

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Construction Site Superintendent for our client will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on USACE/ NAVFAC projects in Barstow, CA They will work closely with the Project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and resolve any issues that may arise.
