Short Term Legal Research Intern

Highlight Health is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year law student intern with outstanding research, analytical, and writing skills for a limited duration paid internship focused on one research assignment. Our time-sensitive project involves researching legal strategies to challenge the traditional healthcare payment system and preparing a comprehensive legal memo.  The memo’s first draft will be due February 1, 2025. The chosen candidate will report directly to our internal legal counsel and the executive team on this project, gaining valuable experience with the dynamics of working in an in-house setting.  This position will provide the selected candidate a valuable opportunity to refine their research skills on a project comparable with the responsibilities of a junior associate at a law firm.  Upon successful completion of the project, Highlight Health will be glad to provide positive references to support the chosen candidate in future...
