Shop Floor Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Shop Floor Coordinator is responsible for programming all the parts necessary for the Shop Floor Technicians to perform their functions toward creating all the components for the Stripe Hog ® Waterblasting Systems (and related components). This activity is performed by ensuring that the team members directly responsible for the creation of the components have accurate parts, and prints, to perform their tasks.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Create work orders in MAS100 (ERP Software)
• Verifies prints from R&D to insure the dimensions, and materials, are correct and compatible
• Communicates with R&D and completes the Engineering Change Request (ECR) when information on prints is incorrect
• Loads parts, and assemblies, into Sigma nest with accurate label information
• Releases work orders in Sigma nest to start the fabrication process
