(SFT/712) Supervisor III - Operations (Industrial Engineering)

As an Offshift Maintenance Supervisor for the John Deere Foundry located in Waterloo, IA, you will provide
supervision to, and schedule work for the skilled trades employees maintaining foundry equipment. In
addition, you will:

·         Give safety, environmental, and ergonomic leadership to direct reports to ensure that they work safely and
all work that they complete complies with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards and regulations

·         Ensure all environmental, safety, and preventive maintenance work is completed accurately and on time

·         Recognize equipment repairs and improvements and work with maintenance engineering to scope, plan, and
