Powder Keg Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Mason, OH. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
