Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Slingshots and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
