Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Moore, Ok. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work.
• Greet customers, inspect their power sports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
