Senior Writer/Editor

(ROGERCO) an integrated technology and communications consultancy firm specializing in public affairs, public relations, marketing, branding, and crisis management, is seeking a full-time Senior Writer/Editor. The Senior Writer/Editor will play an integral role conceptualizing and developing compelling material – to help our clients tell impactful and cohesive stories. As a critical member of the creative team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Code 103 Corporate Communications team in Dahlgren, VA., the Writer/Editor will be required to develop and edit written products including magazine and news articles, press releases and fact sheets that clearly relay key messages, purposes and plans and adhere to requirements for internal and external audiences. The Writer/Editor will also provide editorial guidance to subordinate organizations’ communications staff on written news articles in accordance with AP style guidelines.
