Direct Counsel is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join an excellent Los Angeles based firm in their dynamic workers compensation team. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience and play a crucial role in representing this firm's clients in matters related to workers’ compensation defense.

Key Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Capability to work on cases involving a national carrier providing excess reimbursement policies to qualified self-insureds for workers' compensation insurance.
