Qualifications

• Demonstrate skills with sourcing, networking, & filling a pipeline of qualified and passive talent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (i.e., Recruiter, Workable, ZoomInfo Recruiter, etc.). ATS experience required, SaaS solution experience and interview scheduling software preferred.
• Maintains transparency and confidentiality among candidates, internal staff and leadership.
