Senior Scrum Master - New York

We are looking for a CSM who has a proven track record of driving product success across multiple products at once. You will be working across products and Dev teams, driving each of them forward to new heights and greater adoption

Responsibilities

• Guiding and coaching the team through the Scrum process
• Facilitating all aspects of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
• Assist the Product Owners with backlog maintenance, prioritization, and resolution of blockers.
• Promote self-organization within the team and improve transparency.
