As Scout’s Senior Real Estate Acquisition Manager, you will oversee greenfield, mid, and late-stage projects within Scout’s portfolio. You will be a player-coach for Scout’s internal real estate and title team reporting directly to the Senior Director of Real Estate and Title. You will work closely with internal and external Land Agents, Project Managers, Real Estate Title, and Development Legal teams to secure a land pipeline sufficient to keep pace with Scout’s ambitious MW goals in wind, solar and storage projects. Coordinating with the project development and finance teams, you will ensure commercial leasing terms are reasonable and in-market.
